Bagnone – Historical palace

In the heart of the hamlet of Bagnone, overlooking the main square and close to all the facilities, we sell a stone building whose origins date back to 1500.

It is spread over an area of 400 square meters, arranged over 3 levels.

Currently a historic inn, it can be used as a private residence with a conservative restyling that would enhance its ancient charm.

Ground floor: entrance, 1 office room, pantry room with 2 stone cellars and two bathrooms, staircase to the first floor where we find a small open bar, kitchen equipped with small bathroom, 1 room used as a dishwasher area, two large frescoed halls, one of which with fireplace and balcony overlooking the square.
