House in the valley

In the ancient village of Orneto we sell a historic house dating back to 1670, renovated.

It spreads over an area of 100 square meters on 2 levels, of which on the ground floor 2 large stone cellars with characteristic vaulted ceilings.

The first floor is the one which is nicely accessed via a terrace: Internally it is made up of: large kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, bathroom with tub and second terrace.

The internal and external fixtures are made of aluminum. Independent heating with wood or pellet stove.
