The house of the sun

In the heart of the small village of Merzò, a few km from Sesta Godano, we sell a furnished apartment with cellar and vegetable garden (180 sqm). It is located on the first floor of a building with large square ideal for parking in front. Spread over an area of 45 square meters arranged as follows: entrance, large living room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom. The cellar is made of stone, without humidity.

The heating is with a wood stove and electric radiators; the windows are single glazed and have mosquito nets.
